Miss Norman began training in the children’s program at Woodall’s at the age of ten. She completed this program and received her Junior Black Belt on April 8, 2006, advancing into the adult program. To date, she has had over 19 hours of formal testing in the Won Yuen Fa system.

Miss Norman is currently working on her adult 3 rd Degree Brown Belt material, and assistant teaching in Lil’ Dragon and Children’s classes. While attending high school Miss Norman continues to benefit her community through public demonstrations of self-defense and donating her time to various self-defense seminars and events in Sacramento and Placer counties.
