Mrs. Woodall is currently a full time student working towards a double major in Kinesiology and Nursing. She will complete her Kinesiology degree in May of 2010. Mrs Woodall has several National certifications in Personal Training from agencies including NASM, AFAA, and APEX. She also has certifications in Turbo kick boxing and yoga. Mrs Woodall is responsible for conditioning the blackbelts and preparing them for the demands of the testing environment as well as the conditioning aspect of the adult programs.
